Established at the end of 2007, Pilates of Vero Beach has quickly become the area's leading source for classical Pilates, meaning that we have a strong lineage in the true style of Joseph Pilates' original work.  All of our instructors trained in New York City (epicenter of the Pilates world since Joseph had his studio there).  Two studied directly with Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates' protegee who continued the studio after the deaths of Joe and his wife Clara.  

Whether you are a complete beginner, have a chronic injury or are a pro-athlete, we are trained to train you!

We offer private and semi-private training on the full range of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates.  Our equipment is manufactured by Gratz, the only existing company to have produced machines for Mr. Pilates himself.
