Pilates of Vero Beach is equipped with top-of-the-line apparatus, honoring the integrity of Joseph Pilates' original designs. Pilates equipment training is offered in private, duet and semi-private formats.

As a Participating Training Center for Power Pilates of New York City, Pilates of Vero is raising the bar for Pilates education on the Treasure Coast. Student teachers enrolled in Power Pilates' renowned Comprehensive teacher Training Program may complete part of their 600-plus hours' apprenticeship at Pilates of Vero.

Pilates of Vero's instructors are proud members of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and owner, Jayne McAllister is currently the only Pilates instructor in Indian River County to hold the PMA's national certification.
