Pilates Vero Beach

It's all about you!  A highly trained instructor works closely with you on the Pilates equipment to ensure optimum performance and achievement of your workout goals.  This is a wonderful option for beginners, clients recovering from injury or those needing individual attention to work on specific goals.

Introductory Special - four private sessions for $195. (Only available to clients with no previous Pilates equipment experience.  Expires in 30 days).

Individual session $80 each; 5 sessions $375; 10 sessions $700.

A Pilates Duet is like a private session but you bring a partner. 

Prices are per person.

Individual session $60 each; 5 sessions $275; 10 sessions $500.

Note: In the event that only one of you can make the session, the participant may upgrade to a private or take a 30-minute session at the regular price.  An alternative to consider is a Semi-Private; see below.

Semi-privates are designed as an alternative to private or duet sessions for clients who wish to progress at their own pace or who have a chronic condition.  Up to three persons may be in a semi-private and you book for yourself only.  The studio is responsible for finding the other participants.

Individual session $50 per person; 5 sessions $225 per person; 10 sessions $400 per person.

90-minute evaluation $145.

Private session $90; 5 sessions $425; 10 sessions $800.

Semi-Private session $60 per person; 5 sessions $275 per person; 10 sessions $500 per person.
